- One scheduled manual website check per service month: availability, HTTPS and key navigation links.
- Review of the agreed contact route; test submissions only with an agreed test case and permission.
- Review relevant software updates; implementation and functional tests within the time budget or under a separate quote.
- Preserve the available source/deployment version before changes; then check the build and affected pages.
- A short monthly log of checks, work, time used and open items.
What to agree first
- The budget includes checks, coordination, changes, testing and publication together. Unused minutes expire at the end of the service month.
- Small changes include supplied copy, images or contact details on existing pages. New pages, redesign, new features and extensive repairs require a separate quote.
- Response time means the first personal reply, not a guaranteed resolution time. Working days are Monday to Friday; no 24/7 service or continuous automated monitoring.
- Domain, hosting and third-party fees are separate. Source/deployment versions are not a full backup of CMS data, form enquiries, uploads or credentials.
- Start date, access, check scope, service month, term and cancellation are agreed in a separate proposal. Care begins only after acceptance and a confirmed maintenance start.

What does Website as a Service mean here?
You commission a website with a clearly defined package scope. Creation is charged once; ongoing maintenance is optional and separate.
When does the delivery time start?
After receipt of the 50% deposit, the complete brief and all agreed materials, and written confirmation of the start. Feedback or approval delays may move the calendar delivery date.
What is a revision round?
One consolidated feedback list on the agreed implementation. Starter includes one round; Business and Growth include two each. New pages, features or a changed scope are quoted separately.
Are CMS, forms and tracking included?
The exact setup is stated in the proposal. Growth can include CMS/blog, enhanced SEO/GEO and tracking within the agreed scope. External accounts, consent and legal content are clarified before the start. Demos are examples and do not automatically include every feature shown.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. 50% before production, 50% after approval and before publication and source-code handover. There is no online checkout. Optional maintenance is billed separately.
Are copy, images and legal review included?
We agree which content you supply and which I create. You confirm usage rights and approve content. Legal or tax advice and guaranteed search rankings are not included.
