Google Analytics 4 – optional analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for page views, package selection, form starts and successfully stored enquiries. Google processes device and browser information, pseudonymous cookie identifiers and technical connection data; processing outside the EU, including in the USA, is possible. The basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and, where applicable, TDDDG section 25(1). Without consent neither the Tag Manager container nor Google Analytics loads. Google Signals and personalised advertising remain disabled. Google Ads conversion measurement through the linked GA4 property requires additional Marketing consent and may process ad click identifiers (gclid, dclid, gbraid, wbraid). We do not send names, emails, form text, filenames or receipt numbers as event parameters. Page addresses include only the URL and validated UTM campaign parameters, plus ad click identifiers with Marketing consent. Other query parameters and fragments are excluded; referrers contain only the source origin. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are configured for 180 days without automatic renewal. Retention in the GA4 property must be checked in the account before launch. Withdrawal through Cookie settings in the footer stops further measurement and removes Analytics cookies for this domain. Website enquiries
When you click Send enquiry, your contact details, brief, selected package identifier and optional files are sent to this website’s server and stored in Cloudflare D1 and R2 to handle your enquiry. The protected inbox is accessible only to the website owner. Spam protection uses short-lived signed tokens and irreversible keyed identifiers derived from connection data and email. Form entries are not included in marketing events. Enquiries are retained for handling and communication. Contact patrickwings@outlook.de for deletion requests. Optional email notifications are activated only after a delivery service is configured; the website inbox works independently. Please do not send passwords or especially sensitive documents.
Website operation and local features
The hosting and access service processes technical connection data when the site is requested. The protected enquiry inbox is available only to the website owner; the rest of the website is public. The website loads Google Analytics 4 only after your optional consent to Analytics. Advertising pixels and external fonts are not embedded. Search filters, calculators and self-assessments run locally in the browser. Cookie preferences are stored as pw-cookie-preferences in this browser’s local storage and remains valid for 180 days, containing a version, timestamps and category status. Analytics is optional and disabled by default; Marketing is optional and disabled by default; it covers Google Ads conversion measurement following additional consent. Images and downloads are delivered as hosted files.
Purpose, legal basis and retention
Enquiries are used for communication and, where relevant, preparing an engagement. Enquiries and voluntarily attached files are stored in the protected website inbox on Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend (Ireland sending region) sends an email notification containing enquiry details to patrickwings@outlook.de. Files remain in the protected inbox and are not sent as email attachments. Processing serves the response and, where relevant, pre-contractual communication. Data is retained only as needed for handling or legal retention; deletion requests can be directed to the contact address.
External links and newsletter interest
LinkedIn and other external services are visited only when their links are followed. Their own policies apply there. The newsletter page links to the contact form and does not automatically add anyone to a list.

Where the GDPR applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Please use the contact page for enquiries.
Scheduling with Calendly
The Calendly booking calendar is embedded on the homepage, contact page and strategy-call page and loads automatically. When it loads, Calendly receives technical connection data such as your IP address. Booking details are processed directly by Calendly. When a product is selected, its identifier is passed to the booking link as a UTM parameter. The embed provides Calendly’s own privacy information and cookie settings. Alternatively, use the direct Calendly link or the contact form.
Frequently asked questions
Does the contact form send my data automatically?
Only when you click Send enquiry are your details and optional files sent to the website server and stored there. A receipt confirms successful storage.
What choice does the cookie notice store?
It stores your confirmed choice in this browser’s local storage under pw-cookie-preferences. The choice remains valid for 180 days; analytics is optional and disabled by default; marketing remains disabled. Expired entries are removed on the next visit.
Can I also book an appointment through Calendly?
Yes. The website embeds Calendly for booking appointments. The provider’s privacy and cookie notices also apply when using the service. The regular contact form remains available as another contact route.
Does a cookie choice automatically activate analytics and marketing?
Only explicit Analytics consent activates Google Analytics 4. Necessary functions remain available without it. Marketing is not configured. Embedded services and necessary hosting functions must be considered separately.
Where can I review my saved cookie choice?
Open Cookie settings in the footer to review and adjust your choice. If you remove the site’s browser data, the choice will be requested again on a later visit.
