Are mentions in ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity guaranteed?
No. The commitment is to the described deliverables. AI platforms control answer selection and wording, which can change. Visibility checks are documented snapshots.
When does delivery time start?
After the complete brief, alignment and written confirmation of scope and start. Both starter packages are delivered in 48 hours. Delivery is 24 hours for the AI Visibility Check, 48 hours for Competitor Intelligence and Content Fix, three days for Authority Builder and five business days for the Fix Pack.
Are content drafts also published?
AI Content Fix delivers three improved page drafts with metadata and schema guidance. Authority Builder delivers articles and a publishing plan. Publication and technical implementation are not automatically included in those two packages.
What does implementation or developer handoff mean in the Fix Pack?
Before work starts, we agree five prioritised fixes and the appropriate delivery mode. With suitable access, the agreed fixes can be implemented; alternatively, your developers receive an actionable handoff. A change summary documents the scope.
Do I need a retainer or a consulting call?
