COLLABORATION / RESULT AS A SERVICE

Your deliverable. Our clear process.

You book a defined marketing deliverable for your SaaS, IT or tech company. To make it fit your project, we personally align the goal, starting point and scope before work begins. Here is what you prepare, how alignment depends on the package and how handoff works.

  • Fixed scope
  • Starter packages: optional call
  • Clear handoff

Choose your result

Choose the deliverable you need now

Start with your team’s next decision: do you need clarity first, finished campaign assets, a content draft or specific fixes? A check establishes a baseline. A kit bundles usable assets. A blueprint, sprint or fix pack covers a larger, clearly bounded project.

Every product page lists the one-off price, delivery time, included deliverables and package boundaries. If several products could fit, briefly describe your need. We clarify which package makes sense before work starts.

  • You choose a category and product.
  • Your product selection carries into the enquiry or booking flow.
  • An enquiry does not trigger automatic payment or an ad launch.
02

Share a short brief

Share a short, specific brief

You do not need a finished strategy presentation. Your website, promoted offer, audience, target market and desired outcome are enough to start. Include your preferred language and any important deadline.

Audits benefit from existing campaign and CRM exports or suitable read-only access. Content and creatives need brand assets, approved subject-matter information and existing sources. Required inputs depend on the product. We identify missing data and agree how to handle it.

  • You share existing information and identify open questions.
  • I check completeness and fit with the chosen scope.
  • Access and approvals are agreed to match the task.
03

Confirm scope & start

Align the goal and deliverables for your package

For starter packages under €100, complete inputs and written alignment are enough. A video call is optional. Larger packages include a short personal call before execution. We name the specific goal and agree exactly what you receive, such as a report, campaign specification or article with visuals.

We discuss audience, market and language, required data, file formats, the agreed scope and its boundaries. We also clarify who approves subject-matter claims, whether the package involves implementation or handoff, and when work can begin. The existing booking calendar provides a 30-minute slot.

  • You bring your goals, questions and relevant approval owners.
  • Together we agree the goal, deliverables, inputs and start.
  • You receive the agreed basis in writing before delivery work begins.
04

Receive it and put it to work

Receive the agreed work with a clear handoff

The stated delivery time begins after the complete brief, alignment and written confirmation of scope and start. The product determines the format: PDF and CSV, HTML or Markdown, PNG and SVG, or a documented implementation or developer handoff.

At handoff, I explain what is included, the underlying assumptions and useful next steps. You review the work against the agreed scope. Feedback, publishing and further implementation follow the specific package. Additional topics or extensions are agreed separately upfront.

  • I deliver the agreed files or documented changes.
  • You review scope, factual claims and approvals.
  • Live launches and budget changes require explicit approval.

What we agree before starting

  • Goal and concrete deliverables
  • Scope, file formats and language
  • Required data, access and approvals
  • Agreed start and delivery time

How to review your delivery

The benchmark is the work agreed upfront. More leads, revenue, rankings or AI mentions are not promised consequences of a package. Reports identify the data and assumptions; drafts and fixes are reviewed against the documented scope.

Frequently asked questions

Is the video call part of every RaaS package?

A video call is optional for starter packages under €100. After a complete brief, scope and start are confirmed in writing. Larger packages include a short call to align goals, deliverables and questions.

Do I need to book a call first?

No. You can first choose a product and enquire through the form. Written alignment is enough for starter packages, with an optional call. We arrange a call for larger packages. If you have questions about product selection beforehand, you can directly book a 30-minute slot.

When does the stated delivery time start?

After the complete brief, alignment and written confirmation of scope and start. Enquiring or booking alone does not start the delivery clock. Missing access or approvals are clarified before work begins.

What should I prepare?

The basics are your website, offer, audience, market, preferred language and goal. Depending on the product, add account exports or read-only access, brand assets and approved subject-matter information. You do not need to create a new presentation.

Who will I work with?

Patrick Wings is your direct point of contact for the brief, video call and handoff. If additional specialists are needed for an agreed scope, roles and responsibilities are clarified upfront.

Can I expand the scope after the video call?

Yes, by separate agreement. Extra pages, markets, languages, assets or implementation are not automatically part of the chosen package. Price, delivery time and additional deliverables are agreed before expanding the scope.

How do feedback and publishing work?

The product page specifies whether you receive a report, drafts, assets or documented fixes. Feedback rounds and implementation follow the package. Publishing, account changes and live launches only happen when agreed and approved.

Do I need a retainer or pay directly online?

The RaaS products are one-off packages with no required retainer. The website carries your selection into the enquiry or booking flow; it has no online checkout. The offer, billing and start are confirmed personally.
